Bible Vs Vampire Vs Being a God

Recently I have stumbled on a site that says vampires were mentioned in the bible, here is the quote I picked up from AC news " When we enter the modern era we have reference of vampires in the Bible. In the year 31 A.D. Jesus was said to have healed five vampires at Capernaum. "

So I followed the link and ended up on a site of a Bible, ESV (English Standard Version). I am not exactly sure how the translation got to this point but we will roll with it for now, I might add I do not condone the use of this particular one as it is not translated they way it should have been, NIV for simpler reading works fine.

So Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day. For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink. Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me, and I in him. As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so whoever feeds on me, he also will live because of me. " In this version of the bible, this is John 6:53 and John 21:25.
If we were to brake this down the way they did then ok it is Jesus saying it is in fact a necessity to be a "Vampire" to follow him.
Well they took it a little to far in this version. We have seen many new translations of the bible since the King James version, which in my opinion if you understand it, good for you, but for those looking for the simpler version, Please go with the NIV.
I looked farther into this book and found a passage that reads simple enough, Psalms 82:6-7, 6 I said, “You are gods, sons of the Most High, all of you; 7 nevertheless, like men you shall die, and fall like any prince.”

So we now are gods but will die as mortals. I am not sure that this is what this meant, but written out like this anyone can take it and become a self proclaimed god. What a concept.

ME GODDESS SILVER STORM, ME DRINK YOUR BLOOD AND EAT YOU BODY. Yeah, NOT.

And then they wonder why so many people misunderstand the Bible.

Just words for thought.

study more, get knowledge then form an opinion.

Twilight Saga

As Before, I have read this series. I have been so involved in the book and thought it was because of the whole vampire vs human aspect tonight I finished "Breaking Dawn", and for the first time I realized from the beginning it was not about that at all.

The series to me was more, it was about family, Love and Life. It was about the adversities of having that one thing to hold on to that you can count on.

Family is suppose to love unconditionally, fully, accepting and what not. I found this thought profound until I looked at my husbands family, it happens.

Love is suppose to go hand and hand with family, but it is more. It is the thought of giving your life to save another, to sacrifice all you ever knew and just go with whatever is thrown your way. So many times in our lives we forget why we loved a person and have never looked at the person with new eyes because ours has grown so dim that sometimes it is hard to see that person in a new light. We have to try to remember what it was that made us fall in love with that person to begin with.

Life is to be lived, not struggled with or fought against it is what you make of it not how others tell you to live or what others think of you... so what if your an Atheist or some other faith bound person it does not matter, what matters is that you are the person you want to be and you can live with it.

So words of wisdom from me to you... Live, Love, and re-open your eyes to what you have, do not throw it away on what other people call insanity or ignorance. Just live it the way you want.

OH Yea, Read the "TWILIGHT SAGA", it is a very good read. Good work Stephenie Meyer. Thanks for the dream.
I have a suggestion write a book where Renesmee is grown, I am curious how her and Jacob's life goes.

Vampires

As many of you know the "Twilight Series" has put attention back on the Vampire.

I have had a fascination with Vampires most of my life. The thought, even 25 years ago for me, of becoming one has always been, not a dream or aspiration, I'm not sure what to call it, it's not even a fantasy. This has been a fore thought of mine for a long time. I have always thought that if I could become one I could bring a world of wisdom to this world. I am not what you call a rich person, or even one that you would take a second look at. I am in fact a pretty average middle-aged female and lately, thanks to Stephanie Meyer, the thoughts I had as a younger person have brought to light that there might be a possibility that a vampire can lead a normal life.

I have pondered more recently that the fact that I could actually become one and possibly take this painful human existence away and maybe the pain of others that feel pain too away. Living with pain on a daily basis is far the worst thing to endure, I see it around me and I am not talking emotional pain but physical pain the kind that makes you want to take your life, the kind that when you see an older person live with makes you cry, that pain.

I have prayed that someone with the power to change me would come and do it. I have seen cancer patients, and patients with other deceases suffer horrifying deaths and honestly I do not want to die, I just want to be as normal as possible, I don't want pity because I feel like this, I don't want people to have to take care of me when I get older I just want to be me and all that it entails. An existence with out this, for me and my husband and I want my kids to live a full life without pain, to have kids and have the love that I share with my beloved. I would not wish my decision on any person but to see the pain in my husbands eyes is more than I can bare, the pain I feel is more than he can bare.

Well slap my face red.... recently I have been really searching around trying to find, well let's just say answers... to what you ask? Life, mine, yours, everybody's. Ok so we all have had some kind of wishing, want, need... what if I said that i was closer to a Real Vampire than I knew...LOL... what if I said to you, so have you.... and then I say remember all those little annoying complaints this person has about not feeling pain and there are days that this person just eminates feelings that everyone else seems to pick up on and then BAM you feel the same way... or how about this one, has that person just picked up something heavy that you tried and couldn't, I am not talking Edward strength here just stronger than normal. this person will not come out and tell you they are vampyre. They will not seemingly give you a straight answer ever. My favorite scenario... well not really... this person rarely gets sick, heals fast (not like in the movies, in fact a normal 3-4 week heal will take 1 week, like from surgery.) Ok I've given enough info so now here is the site, check it out, know anyone one that fits what it is explaining?
There is even a section on Slayer's, I can honestly say I know at least one, LOL... no it is not me. Funny sometimes how life works out, Right?
Enough rambling. the site:
Have fun read, get educated, oh yeah and have fun!

Instant Moments

Recently I lost a very good friend, I didn't know her long but the times we talked and the times we spents together and said nothing were no less gratifying to me then those I spend with my family.

We had made plans to go see the movie
"NEW MOON".
Looks like she will not make in body but she will be there in spirit.

I will miss her as she was a sister and you can not replace that.

She was a sister in Spirit as well as "other things."

When you spend one moment with your family, one minute... one second... and nothing of consequence is said, but you feel a presence of something not quite felt before, and you remember it for long time after, that is an instant moment, or how about that water fight last summer, how about the flour fight that started innocently by making a cake, yeah those are the moments I mean. Take the time to have them they may not be able to be captured later.

Bless you Becky, Rest now you will be called soon to do gods will in heaven soon.

Peachers VS Teachers

As I sit here trying to figure out why the Christian faith has failed severely in trying to save people as of lately, it dawns on me while reading and watching You Tube there is a good reason.. all of a sudden there are tons of preachers and no teachers. What's the difference? Have you sat in church and listened to the priest or the preacher or minister? Have you ever sat in a church in the back Pu and still felt like an outcast, like the sermon was directly aimed at you?? That my dear friends are the preachers, "Sorry you don't fit our mold, so you are not of our congregation"

Yep been there myself. So here is the teacher part.. 1)Do you know What the miracle was on the Mount where God first spoke to Moses? 2)Do you know when Jesus was actually born? 3)and how about what the bible says about forgiveness? 4)How about the rapture the one thing that everyone is running around like chickens with their heads cut off about...

The answers friends are simple and mostly taught wrong.

1) God told Moses "I am that I am, the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end, I am all things..... Ect.

2) No one knows the actual date but it was not in December because the shepards had their flocks in the fields, the reason there was sbow on the ground when the wisemen showed is because it took approximately 3 months for them to Find Jesus.

3) you forgive each and everytime someone hurts you and wrongs you, Turn the other cheek so to speak.

4) my favorite thing to break the good news about. so here it is THE RAPTURE is the ascension of gods people into his loving arms "first the dead in Christ will rise and be with me, then the living in Christ will join up with them in heaven" ok so not exact quote but it is what the Bible says, SO the "RAPTURE" is not the right name it is ASCENSION, Blah Blah Blah

Yep that's what you get when "PREACHERS" get together. I was a sunday school teacher once.

I had a good teacher actually 2 God and the minister of the church. Now my grandfather is my teacher and I can ask him anything, if he dont know then he finds out.

So if any should have a question please ask I will find the answer for you.

GM and Bill Gates

For all of us who feel only the deepest love and affection for the way computers have enhanced our lives, read on. At a recent computer expo (COMDEX), Bill Gates reportedly compared the computer industry with the auto industry and stated, "If GM had kept up with technology like the computer industry has, we would all be driving $25 cars that got 1,000 miles to the gallon."

In response to Bill's comments, General Motors issued a press release  stating:

If GM had developed technology like Microsoft, we would all be driving cars with the following characteristics:

1. For no reason whatsoever, your car would crash...twice a day.

2. Every time they repainted the lines in the road, you would have to buy a new car.

3. Occasionally your car would die on the freeway for no reason. You would have to pull to the side of the road, close all of the windows, shut off the car, restart it, and reopen the windows before you could continue. For some reason you would simply accept this.

4. Occasionally, executing a maneuver such as a left turn would cause your car to shut down and refuse to restart, in which case you would have to reinstall the engine.

5. Macintosh would make a car that was powered by the sun, was reliable, five times as fast and twice as easy to drive - but would run on only five percent of the roads.

6. The oil, water temperature, and alternator warning lights would all be replaced by a single 'This Car Has Performed An Illegal Operation' warning light.

7. The airbag system would ask 'Are you sure?' before deploying.

8. Occasionally, for no reason whatsoever, your car would lock you out and refuse to let you in until you simultaneously lifted the door handle, turned the key and grabbed hold of the radio antenna.

9. Every time a new car was introduced car buyers would have to learn how to drive all over again be cause none of the controls would operate in the same manner as the old car.

10. You'd have to press the 'Start' button to turn the engine off.

PS - I'd like to add that when all else fails, you could call 'customer service' in some foreign country and be instructed in some foreign language how to fix your car yourself.
